anyone get one?

just got the 2011 iliac catalog after getting my new custom headcover (sick btw). Anyone have any experience with the purist walking bags? Interested in how the leather wears and how functional the bag is. Got my eyes on a black leather one with the double straps...

Saw the new catalog today as well. No feedback on the bags. Looking forward to all the new gear. The new stand stand bags look good too.

Some of the new stuff looks great. Looks like they are really branching out into apparel more. I wish they had a simple e-store where you could buy stuff online w/o going through retailers. Does anyone know how to purchase though them? I see some great Christmas gifts in that Catalog.

Dustin- I think you have to have an account with them. I e-mailed them about pricing and they simply replied back with "do you have an account with us?"

I exchanged a couple of emails with them earlier this year about some headcovers, and it seemed like I could just place an order directly. Maybe that's changed?

Am I alone in thinking that it's a little obnoxious to publish a catalog with no prices in it?

First, the catalog is probably for the retailer, hence no prices listed publicly.
Second, I have seen many of their products through the local sales rep and the quality is second to none. One of the golf courses near here has the leather headcovers available. I am looking closely.

I have ordered directly from them in the past and had no problem. I have purchased headcovers and the quality is great. I am going to order a bag when they become available.

How much are their headcovers and apparel?

You can order anything directly from them, just give them a call. They can also embroider your initials on the headcovers and I assume most anything they sell. I got a set of leather headcovers at the beginning of the year and I got exactly what I wanted with a simple phone call. They did have the site set up with prices on most of the stuff and even had the ability to order directly from the website last year. I assume right now they're transitioning the site to the new line-up and that's why only the catalog is available right now. The leather covers if memory serves me were around $55 each with initials embroidered on them. Quality is first rate and I've been nothing but happy with them.

Can anyone comment on the double strap model? I got the single for Christmas and was thinking about returning it for the single strap model. Any and all comments about the bag would be great to hear. Happy holidays.
