To me it looks like a Method 003. Obviously he's having the same problems with the greens that he had at the British. Not that I think it's the putter itself, more the person using it. To me his hands looked too low yesterday.

Looks very much like the Method 003 (it's defiantly that style anyway). Not helping his putting thought, missed a load of putts I would be pretty confident over. It really looks like his confidence is shot on the greens at the moment.

tiger needs to shut the putter down for a while...it is almost a panicked reaction from him these days...he misses badly...over reads too much....basically, he is in deep trouble with his putting...that's one area that's tough to get back...swing's one thing....putting....different ball game

If putting is all Tiger needs to worry about, then the PGA Tour is in serious trouble in 2011.

wow!!!! Tiger is finally putting well again which begs the question: will he keep this putter in the bag? Tiger goes -5 in his last 4 holes!! What a great display of talent and shot making and hopefully this will give him much needed confidence for next year.

Watching El Tigre end his round -6 in his last 6 holes was pretty cool to watch. I guess the putter finally started to work.

Tiger's ballstriking and putting for the back nine was "vintage Tiger Woods". I'll be the first to say it....If he continues to hit and putt the ball like that, I would say he will be #1 again before Augusta.

Pretty excellent final six holes from Tiger. 2 x par, eagle, birdie. His putter seemed to work fine there.

Just an aside, but is anyone else kind of happy for the guy to look like he's actually [i]enjoying [/i]himself out there? I know it's easy to smile when you're playing well, but it's been a while since I've seen him look so relaxed.

not yet...swing needs consistency...but he looks good when he gets into a bit of a rythm...looks awful otherwise.... he should get some consistency sooner or later...
putting will take a while...

He can turn it on, just like at Ryder cup where he went on an incredible hot streak. His swing isn't that bad, it was the putts that weren't dropping. Everyone is saying how crap he played, he will be top 5 at the end......

I am curious to know what his driving distance has been this week. seems each time I had a chance to watch the tourny he was in the fairway and a good 15-20 yards ahead of his playing partners.

I disagree. His swing was loose at times, but pretty good all throughout. It still needs a little work, but he kept gaving himself chances at birdie and par saves and just couldn't convert the putts.

Great finish. Keep plugging away.

It seems to me after watching Tiger this week and last he's having troubles with the line... He can't hit the hole from 5ft on some putts??? Is he in need of eye surgery again??? That's just something that is similar past experiences with him.
