Got my Rescue today, and thought I would show some pics comparing it with my old favorite Rescue.

Now I hate the white just as much as the next guy but there is a pretty large difference in those two clubs

Thanks guys. Other than paint color they are pretty similar. The biggest difference is the supermax has a Raylor like sole. I will hit them both on flight scope tomorrow and see how they compare. I am not sure if I am going to use the heavier, or lighter shaft in the R11.

Also is the sleeve adaptor for the R11 rescue .350? or .370?

Gotcha, there's no tip size info on TM's website, weird. I'm guessing it's .350 at the GD UT shaft only comes from my understanding in a .350

Great pics! It really shows how similar the two heads are and how the new r11 is a bit smaller than the supermax. I can't wait to test it out and post a review this week

Those are two sweet hybrids kascopro. I hope to test these hybrids out with you. They both look fairly similar but the sole does look a wee bit more "rayloresque" on the supermax.

Dang I'd like to have a SuperMax. That thing looks sweet. And a titanium face. Europe/asia always gets the cool stuff! I like the black XFT wedges too!

Have to say my TEE hybrids are going bye bye and I'm sad as I love them. The R11 hybrids are that good. I extensively tested them the other day at my course and they are amazingly easy to hit and with the adjustable hosel can be opened up which is awesome.

I must've missed it.... where is that r11 a "TP" model? I haven't seen one yet. Saw a guy on the bay that thinks his is a TP, but it's not. It's my understanding that the TP model isn't out yet??

I believe it, I just don't see anywhere on the head that designates it a TP.

Either way, I love the look of the head. Could be the hybrid that can actually knock the PNTv2 out of the bag...

I was able to hit a Bunch of balls with the R11 Rescue this morning. I can say I prefer it over the SuperMax. The R11 performs better from various lies. I was also happy because I didn't hit it left as I tend to with most rescue clubs.

Kascopro, what is your verdict on the r9 supermax vs r11 tp after several months? I need to upgrade my rescues from the rescue dual tp.. saw 'leftover' supermax in stores.. wondering if I better snap it up before its gone.. or just go for the r11.. Cheers..

I'm looking to get rid of my R11 18*. I can't hit a stupid hybrid, so I went back to the 2 iron. I love the look and feel on the rare occasion I put a good swing on it. I just couldn't get the hybrid thing going. It is a great head, though.
