shaft for 910d3?

need help on which one

Hey guys, I need help on picking the right shaft for my 910D3. My swing speed is inbetween 90-100mph and I am a low ball hitter. I am looking for something with mid flight and a great feeling-not too boardy. I found the RIP shaft to feel a little too boardy and I like a little feel at impact. Thanks for the help guys, trust the people on this forum

Tour AD Di-6, I have this shaft in my 910 and this is the best combo I've ever played. Ball flight is mid to high and with great feel.

really, does it feel like a RIP shaft or ahina at all? As in is the tip really firm? I just saw that it was high launch and low spin, Do you have to have a strong swing for that combo? Ive heard thats the case with the Kiyoshi

I would say the feel is similar to the Fubuki with more kick, the tip is very active. My SS is 104 w/ the driver, smooth and easy.

alright, thanks. Yea that Titleist chart they show is great for knowing how the shaft will react with that 910 head. Its hard to tell just by looking at specs.

I believe the Tour Ad shaft will help you launch the ball higher with the 910 and is definitely in your alley in terms of ball flight and feel. I hope you find the shaft you are looking for so you can grip and rip it.

Vanla1- I have a similar swing speed and tempo to yours, and I am curious what exact setup you have with the 910 and Tour AD DI, because I am considering a 910D2 with this shaft?

Do you have an S flex or X? It seems that a lot of people feel that this shaft plays soft.

I've a 910 d2 with Tour Ad di6 in an S flex. I believe the tip is more active and people may feel the shaft plays softer because of the active tip. It's funny that every post on here is recommending the DI. I thought I'd check this post out thinking I'd recommend the DI 6 that I've been using in a Superfast TP. It's just a great shaft but not if you need spin. This shaft feels great if it's right for your swing speed without being too active (I thought the Fubuki Tour was sometimes a little too active). I have an X tipped .5" for my 111 MPH swing speed so if you do decide to give it a go just go with an S straight in.

yea I found the fubuki tour 63 a little too active too. I had a pull from a nike vr tour and I dont know what was up with it but it was more noodley than some stock taylormade drivers.
