Anyone else love watching Tiger get fired up? *spoilers*

Why is it if you don't like something Mr. Woods does you're a HATER? Such a distasteful word and much over used and abused in relation to this particular gentleman.

Personally, I think personal theatrics on the golf course are unprofessional, e.g., "enthusiastic" fist-pumping, yelling, throwing a hat down on the green, etc.

I'm not a huge Tiger fan but the crap he can do to a golf ball is amazing.

Much more interesting with Tiger in the mix, it'll make the final 36 a bit more fun.

Also what is with the ESPN coverage, was Sergio playing by himself.

Its like a football coach or player on the course when he is playing really well....

It's good to see him put together a solid round again in a major and we'll see if it's a prelude to something bigger. Too bad Phil couldn't join him with a better round than he had today, but I think he'll also make a run tomorrow.

This!!!! Rory said "he wanted a piece of Tiger." Let's see how he handles it. That back 9 was a thing of beauty and was shades of the Tiger of old. I, for one, hope it continues.

Even if he doesn't win, I hope he remains in serious contention. Golf is so much more electric when he's in the mix. Call me crazy but a Sunday at Augusta with the likes of Rory McElroy, Jason Day, Y.E. Yang, etc contending fo the Green Jacket wont cause me to skip the usual Sunday skins.

God forbid he show some energy and excitement in a sport many see as dull and boring.....

Just as long as when you say tiger ruins the game when he throws clubs, you say Palmer was ruining the game when he did it. Or when you say tigers theatrics are disrespectful, you say seve was, too.

What's annoying is when people cite something tiger does (swear, slam clubs, spit) as ruining golf, but act like he's the only one. Double points for when they acknowledge he's not the only one, but say he is a special case because he's popular.

Today was the first day I get fired up and having fun watching golf since he won the the U.S. Open! Needless to say, I hardly worked and my eyes are tired from watching the little window on my monitor.

Golf is better with Tiger in the hunt. That was very impressive play today. On the verge of missing the cut to three strokes back in just eleven holes.

I like it when he is in the hunt because now I have someone to root against. Seeing the likes of KJ Choi or one of the youngsters - all looking for a breakthrough first major - slip on the green jacket at his expense, is the ultimate David vs. Goliath story.

I'm not a hater. Ever since Namath and the Jets beat the Colts in Super Bowl III, I've pulled for underdogs.
