Lee Westwood Weight Loss

Conspiracy Theory
After seeing Lee Westwood rise up the ranks to become the number 1 players in the world, does anyone else think that perhaps he had a little "help" along the way.

Let's face it, he wasn't living up to his potential and was very out of shape. Lee himself stated that he saw guys like Tiger and realized that he had to get in shape. For someone who had never really worked out before, it's pretty impressive that he was able to start working out 3 hours per day and drop 50% of his body fat.

Keep in mind that I have no basis for this claim, but perhaps he took illegal dietary supplements to help him drop weight, and maybe other stuff to help him recover quicker in order to work out and play golf.

Quote from the OP in the Westwood going to indonesia thread, Seems like an objective guy when it comes to old Lee!

"But let's face it, despite the recent success, the european tour as a whole is still inferior. It's slightly more competitive than the Nationwide tour. As for the countries, they are quaint little places that are fun to visit, but not one of those countries will ever be as important as the USA."

My post in the previous thread was about the European tour. Lee played an inferior event on the Asian tour and has racked up most of his wins against mediocre talent. Not a knock on him, it's a knock on the European tour.

I don't know which post is funnier on this thread......... but all the above sure seem to harbor some inner jealousies
The post was done in response to the Tiger thread about the same topic. Read that one if you really want to see jealousy, bitterness, anger.

I think the next one should be about Phil and his steroid use. Or maybe freddy's back issues being brought on by long time steroid use.

But the second derogatory thread you've started about Lee Westwood..
Are you another one he stole candy off as a kid?
Or just bitter that 'your precious' isn't number one anymore?

lol why would he look at tiger when he was hammering at the ryder cup with a nice keg belly on him
I know you hate Tiger and are anti-US but I'll help you understand your idiotic post. Tiger has 14 major championships...Lee has 0. The only thing that anybody really cares about when talking about your legacy is individual success. Sure Ryder Cup is fun and your competing for your country but it just doesn't carry the same merit as individual success. Also just a FYI in Ryder Cup singles Tiger is 4-1. Lee is 2-5 in Ryder Cup singles. Perhaps that's why Lee was looking over at Tiger...when he was taking a beating on Sunday against the clowns from the US... In all fairness at least he plays horrid on Sunday in majors too.

As far as the OP goes, its ridiculous to make those claims against Westwood with no proof. You'd also be surprised how far 30 minutes of working out and eating healthy does for you. Nobody on Earth has a legitimate reason to be out of shape IMO.

lol what? If you took away the european tour players from the pga tour, and just did europe vs pga in terms of competitiveness, I think it would definitely be even, if not more competitive on Europe's side.
