anyone else win penta contest but not recieve balls?

4 weeks ago i got an email saying that i won 6 penta balls from Tm. that they would arrive within 4 weeks. but they never came.

 

anyone else experience this.

I got an email from them, but its only been 2 weeks. My email said 3-6 weeks so I'm guessing it'll be another month til I get them. All good though, I'm just happy to try the Penta which I hear is a great ball.

I got my e-mail on June 2nd...haven't received any balls yet but I'll give them until the beginning of July. If I don't have them by then, I'll probably e-mail the company.

Same here. I sent a quick e-mail through the website asking if I should have received them or what. E-mail was in early May and I got the survey e-mail today. I'm certainly not looking a gift horse in the mouth, but seems it would be slightly more effective to send the survey around after folks have received the balls and had a chance to play them.

OK whew! I thought I was the only one getting gipped. But like one poster said, I have not yet complained until a week after the stated deadline. Then I'll send an email. Haven't received the survey email yet.

Received my email on May 16th and still no balls. I also received the survey a few days ago and called TM and they said they would ship in the upcoming week. Said shipment was delayed due to increased sales of this ball due to the buy 2 dozen get 1 dozen free promotion. I hit a hole in one on 5/28 using a Taylormade r7TP 5 iron and they sent me a sleeve of Burner balls and a divot repair tool which said hole in one on it. I received this in less than a weeks time. That was cool of TM to do this. Titleist is also sending something but have not recvd it yet! Hit the proV1x on the hole in one.

I got the same package from TM for my hole in one. I wish they would have sent a sleeve of the ball I was playing though. I used a TM TP Black and I had to retire it of course. I gave the Burners to a friend of mine since I wouldn't play them.

I've been waiting 11 weeks for mine. Although I didn't win mine, I got a free dozen with a R11 purchase. Meanwhile, they're giving away a free dozen when you buy 2. Obviously, their priority system regarding shipment is out of whack. Like others have said here and other threads, they'll eventually come when them come.
