Nike vr pro wedge??

To those who use this, how do you like them?

How is the spin and how is the trajectory?

 

Can anyone compare it to the tm xft?

One of the best OTR wedges available right now IMHO. Fantastic stock versatile grind, stock DGS400 shaft and FORGED. Definitely worth checking them out.

i absolutely love mine, i have them them in a 52 and 58. spin is reduced due to the COC restrictions, but i find it to be very predictable. I cant attack pins knowing that i wont get 10 feet of backspin. feel is amazing and the sole grind is great for alot of different conditions. the best thing i noticed about these wedges are how easy it is off tight lies. i would have alot of trouble with my old vokeys, but not with the new vr's. highly recommend them.

the X's do wear out after a while and the oxide will rust, but i think they look better that way.

Another thing to note is they do not chew up balls like last years VR wedge...now those put some SERIOUS spin on the ball.

I've recently picked up a 54* and 60* satin and these are stunning. Just like the blades, they have the best setup of any of the major wedge players (Titleist, Callaway, Cleveland). I had the Black Oxide and played two rounds with it and they put plenty of spin on it. Not as much as the old VR forged, but definitely more than the Vokey C-Cs I had. I really notice it on chips with the 60*. With the Vokey, it seemed like the ball "slid" up the face and it was hard to hit a low chip. The VR Pro 60* is easy to hit low because it does spin it more. Soft feel too.

They're absolutely fantastic. I have one in the 52° and it's the best wedge I've ever owned. It's so good in fact, I have a second one for when the first wears out. Thinking about picking up one in the 58° as well. It really is that good of a wedge.
