Cheesehead42
I am a 15 handicap but have been improving consistently over the past year with a couple round of shooting 80. Just can't cross the barrier. Anyways, I have been playing the Burner 1.0's and have been happy with them. However, they weren't fitted to me properly and I was ready for a change. As a b-day gift, I got a set of Pro Combos with PX 6.0's in them and professionally fit. Saturday was my first time out with them and I must say I was impressed. I played at Whistling Straits with 30 mph winds so the learning curve with distances was a little longer than normal. However, feel and performance were top notch. My only complaint was that I am ballooning the ball more than with the Burners. Granted the winds played a part in this but even warming up on the range when the winds were more calm, I was hitting it much higher than normal. All-in-all, I have found a new set of clubs that I absolutely love.
