The 3 wood looks hideous. Even if Adams said it would increase distance by 50 yards I'd still not use it, as that "thing" on the top would be too off-putting. Looks are more important than performance/marketing hype.

I got to hit the Adams rep's new 2012 woods and I rather liked them. The fubuki alpha seems like a good fit.

I like the finish, not so much in love with the looks of the clubs themselves. Still, I'll be trying them out along with the RBZ. Increased distance sounds great, but not worth it if I can't control it. I look forward to giving all the new stuff a try real soon.

I actually like this F12 driver. One of the best drivers that I've hit so far, in fact it's probably the only driver that I've tried so far that might match or could supplant my trusty R11 TP driver.

Silver actually looks cool on this club so if you guys would hold off your comments until you see this club in person.

This thing looks like a mid 80's stainless steel Burner plus.
Is there an upcharge to get this thing in black? I like the concept. HATE the color. In fact, I think aesthetics are a general downside to Adams stuff. I don't mind the expermentation with shapes but they really need somebody in there who can make their work look good.

I' m extremely picky when it comes to drivers, and after hitting this one, I told the rep to go ahead and order me one. You may not like the finish, but I'll say it looks MUCH better in person. I haven't hit many drivers right off the rack where i felt like the shaft didn't let me down, the Fubuki Alpha was money. Everyone should hit this one before making any judgements. Of all the new stuff I've hit so far, this and the new R11-S have been the best.

Geez some of you guys are picky , or is the term "ugly" just your stock answer for every picture of a new club no matter how it looks ?? it surely does not matter to some that a club just might help you improve some aspect of your game , it automaticly sucks because of a different shape or color scheme

I honestly wouldn't judge this driver till you've seen it in person.

It's make up of the silver add's to making this a very interesting driver for 2012.

And with the shaft adaptability of length, well worth giving it a try!



P.s Adams released a club with the velocity slot 1st, so the TM RBZ has copied this so don't put Adams down..

didn't nike lead the way on this with their compression channel? That would make TM the third company to put this on a club... kudos to Adams for another great design. like the matte silver... like an old PT fairway. sharp.

I was going to say the same thing. Nike compression channel is pretty much the same thing as the VS. Oh and I like the way they look.

the driver is do-able for me, but not the slot-within-slot. damn that just looks ugly to me!

can't help but feel bias against these cos TM was the first i've heard of putting a slot in the FW......

I played the Adams F11Ti all last year. Velosity slot in the top and bottom of the club. Took some getting use to.........like the first swing. Forgot all about the slot when I saw the ball just take off down the fairway. I put an Attas 90S in mine. It is a monster and straight. Honestly I was shocked to see TM using it in their new line of FW. Adams should have patented the slot........... and they did not. I heard today in the golf store from a very reliable source Cleveland/Srixon patented the technology. Any body know if this is true? Anyway the only down side to the slot is in the summer in the early morning while the grass clippings are wet they seem to pack the slot and it is almost impossible to get out until they dry out. Can be a little annoying when you set up to the ball again. The club cover gets a little hairy too. But performance, there are few like it. I will keep this and my CB2. All the other 3W's I dumped. Will be interested in the new line when they come out. Anyone know if they plan on a Ti version. There was a big difference in the Ti and standard F11 FW. Ti was hotter and smaller.

There will be a ti version released at a later date. It will be called the super fairway to go along with the new super hybrid. The new fairwaywood shown is meant to go along with the standard fast 12 not the LS .

I for one really like the fairway wood look. I don't play any adams equipment, but I will give the FW a shot. The slot doesn't bother me and I really like the satin silver finish.

The COR would be too high in the driver.

449 dollars is the suggested retail price for the A12LS?!?!? I would love to have this wonderful club in my bag but that's just too much money. I wonder how many drivers they will sell for at that price point.
