Kept it in the anser family, but dumped the plumbers hosel and went with a flow neck hosel and man, my alignment issues have been resolved! I have been having the dickens of times with my putting since my car accident. Seems I cannot feel right over the ball and have had problems with alignment. I have basically been guesstimating for the past 6 months, with poor results. The flow neck seems much cleaner and I find I just see the line so much easier with this 2001 sc studio design 1.5. I think they look nicer too, and Jack Pearsall digs it when the ladies ask about his flow neck putter in soft carbon :yahoo:

Always nice to change something and have positive results, I did the exact opposite to you good sir. Went from flow neck (alignment was just right of target) to a plumbers neck and had instantly better results. Hope the good form continues!

French bum also switched to a flow neck and and it has made an immediate impact for the better with alignment. I got an odyssey tour black #9 and coming from anser style with a plumbers neck, to this, is just what the doctor ordered. French bum believes that JP would benefit even more from a DelMar style putter,too.

plumbers neck and me DO NOT equal anything below 35 putts/round

shove a flow neck on that rig and im good...only took me 5 fricken years to figure it out and thousands of dollars in putters
im on the hunt again tho........just cant keep Scotty out of the bag
guess im a SC snob.......
