Judge Smails
Cool topic! Just about every glove I have ever owned hasn't made it out of my bag, but for occasional use in the nastiest weather conditions. For me softer (or worn down) cord grips have been my favorite. The Lamkin Tour Black Cord is right up there and I currently have BCT cords on a lot of my clubs. Although many cord "loyalists" hate the BCT cord as compared to the original Tour Velvets, for a no glove player the BCT is a welcome change. I also have found myself using multicompounds on several clubs. If I am using a rubber grip it is either the White Performance Plus or the White VDR. I think the VDR lasts a lot longer before it gets slick, but I like the size and reduced taper of the Performance Plus. Without messing around with extra wraps of tape, it's just about perfect. hobbygolfer
The Gripmaster are great. I play the Clubmaker Swinger Stichback and stopped wearing a glove almost immediatly. They are very tacky. When I regrip, it will be a Gripmaster Wrap, since they feel even better. Regards Michael

z+diac
I added a few Winn Dri-Tac grips to some of my clubs last weekend and can't tell you how much of a Godsend they've been on my girly hands :P I've had to resort to using two gloves in the past, but when I slapped on these bad boys I actually found the gloves to be obtrusive and have since put them away. Tarkata
lamkin 3gen, they arent rubber but feel tacky and clean up fantastically. dont need a glove. have no idea how they are in wet conditions. these are 52g each lamkin crosslines, a continuing standard for sure... if only for one season, consider the lamkin N-DUR. they are tacky as hell, soft and have a lovely feel, but they are not especially durable. so they are a one season grip I'd expect. asualum
I normally just use Tour Velvets and sandpaper them when they get slick. The black/yellow DD2s were great gloveless, too. I'm thinking about trying the VDRs next. asualum
I don't wear glove. The best thing about not wearing a glove is you add feel to your swing. I have been using Lamkin crossline grips for years and don't want to switch to any other grips. Lamkin crossline feels soft on your hand but they hold on pretty well. They have good durability too. I have not re-gripped my clubs in 3 years. Another grip that I like is Golf Pride Dual Durometer. The original one not the second version. I once used this on my driver and think it was the best grip I've used until I tried Lamkin crossline.
Forgot about the Crosslines, which I also love. If you sandpapered the DDs a little bit they stayed perfect forever. Rhythm&TempoRenzo
I've always played full cord grips until I discovered the Tacki-Mac brand. The Itomics were great all weather grips but the star of the lineup is the new Itomic 2 mids. Very tacki with outstanding all weather performance, easy to clean and durable enough to get more thn one season out of them. Best of all they are reasonably priced. Check one out and you'll probably regroup your entire set afterwards. Good luck... S.A. OSO
I use a midsize grip and my comments are about midsize grips.... I used Golf Pride tour wrap and no glove for the last several years. When Golf Pride changed to the 2G version, I did not like it. Thus, I experimented with the Lamkin Perma Wrap midsize and the Caldwell Gripmaster grips from ebay. I did not like the Perma Wrap because it wore pretty quickly and so did the Caldwell Gripmasters that I had. I did not try the newer Gripmaster grips because of the cost. At the end of day, I think I am sold on going back to the Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G. I can use any of these grips with no glove and have no problem. Bkgeneral
I will bring this topic back selfishly. I play the Golf Pride multicompounds trhough the whole bag, and really like them. 1 big problem. I hit all shots inside 100 yards without a glove and tend to choke up on a lot of those shots. On my 60 the bottom (white) section has gotten slick. I tried the dish detergent/scrub brush effort. Didn't help Is it just a stray bad grip, and I should just replace with another MC or is this a problem I will continue to have with the MC's, and should look at least at gripping my wedges with something else? thanks for help
