Lamkin Black Full Cord or regular Crossline. So so superior to the GP's. Dual Density on the driver. Buuuuut, also like the Dual Durometers on wedges and putter...

Another vote for the Lamkin Crossline Softcord. Been using them for years. They wear great and in the humidity here in Florida they don't slip.

I've tried the Winn's and Golf Pride's, pretty much all of them, and the new Lamkin Dual Density, but keep going back to the Crossline for wear and grip that doesn't slip.

how are those on your hands if you hit alot of balls? i've felt them before and they seem like they have mondo grip but thought they would give me alligator hands

I use the Lamkin Perma Wrap cords with the rib in the back. I remember reading a while back that Lamkin donates a lot of money towards prostate cancer research, so I bought up a bushel of these grips. The thing with the rib in the back is that now when I grip a round club I feel like I won't even make contact. Anyways, if you like wrap style cord grips, these are top notch.

Stock grips work best for me. Why? I've never felt it mattered and they don't cost anything additional. I played a lamkin black cord on a borrowed 3 wood and it was nice and all, but I never thought "Wow, what a difference." And yeah, I'm cheap 'cause golf gear is expensive.

Golf pride V-55. I like the alignment, it helps my grip from getting to strong overtime. The price is nice too. I can regrip more often.

 

Me, too. There like the Tour Velvet with the Victory alignment aids. I like the yellow line fill, too, but I wish they'd come out with some different colors.

Lamkin x-line full cord on pretty much everything, just put a lime green Iomic grip on my driver coz i'm a tart, but have to say it's actually a very good grip!!!

I'm about to regrip my set with Lamkin Dual Density (the green ones). Anyone used these? I saw them going cheap so I picked them up.

 

I love the Lamkin Dual Density grip! I started using them last summer and I'm very pleased with them!

I still love the Golf Pride Tour Wraps. Been using those since they came out. Though Tour Wraps have been around for quite sometime now, GP did make a few modifications to them about 3 years ago. (They are more tacky feeling now with a finish that appears far more glossy than the originals).

 

I find the Tour Wraps last longer than most other grips. A little soap and water scrub after each round keeps them looking and feeling like brand new. Nothing looks a good to my eye, either!

Decades are great all around. I do like the feel of the G8s though and have them on a couple of fairway woods. Another grip I used for quite some time on all my clubs was the Lamkin G3 Quarter Cord.

I have the Dual Density Oversize with two wraps underneath on several of my clubs, and I'm likely going to get the rest of my set done with the same grips before next season. They have an amazing level of tackiness, and even in wet weather they're easy to hold on to.

Golf Pride Dual Durometers - they have the look and feel of GP Tour Velvets with a touch more shock absorbtion. Despite the cushioning, they don't feel like Winn Sponges.

The Golf Pide Multi-Compounds to me are a perfect grip. They have a good grip and good feel. Tour velvets are also nice but the yseem to lose their tackiness fast

Lamkin Perma Wrap Oversize for me on all my stuff. At 3/32 oversize, they fit my big hands the best. Durability is great, nice feel, clean up easily.

Lamkin Tour Black Cords. Easier on the hands than crosslines and tour velvets but still plenty of cord grab. Plus, they're at least a buck each cheaper than tour velvets.

Anyone know where I can get my hands on the GP V50 cords? I believe they were last made for GP's 50th year, either in 2000 or 2001 but i cannot find them anywhere. In my opinion, those are the closest to the stock Titleist cords grips which i have always loved. i have the V50s on an old set. would it be worth it to try and needle them off to put them on my new sticks?

 

also, any idea on where to get those Phil Mickelson grips if the company has been bought out?

Just switched back to Golf Pride Tour Full Cord. I had been using GP Tour Wrap cord but I couldn't get used to a grip that wasn't round. Not a fan of the memory spine.

I go for the GP Dual Durometer, great feel. Red butt cap is standard, yellow butt cap is midsize.
