Didn't Ping pretty much do this same thing? I think the OEM's are recognizing how influential a community like this can be.

Zak did a bunch of video interviews Richard took a ton if pics , and I got to hit the new stuff on the track man, and compared them against my current gamers. I can't remember the last time I hit so many balls so quickly. I was like a kid in a candy store!

Ping did it once, as far as I know. The relationship with GolfWRX and TM has grown exponentially. I've lost track of how many times Wrx members have been brought to their facilities in large and small groups and individually. Every so often I open a thread and see HipCheck say, "Hey I was at Bandon Dunes with TaylorMade and tested..." Really?!

But to have 130,000 members in one place is insane. You're right, the golf community has recognized us as THE place to go. I'm proud to be a part of it.

I agree, other OEM's have done special events for WRX'ers and other sites/golfers but TM does it more frequently and gives us golfers that "tour pro" feel where they bring out the entire enchilada and give us access to The Kingdom and equipment that has yet to be released.

I agree. I was at the range a few days ago hitting balls next to a guy that was 95. He doesn't play anymore, just likes to hit balls. But even he had shoes with laces.
