Typically, worn items are not returnable and new items must have tags on them for a full refund within 30 days. The shipping cost on returns is on the buyer and is not refundable on the order that was originally placed.

Maybe it depends on what your ordering. I ordered the stitch hc and got it in 3 days. The leather isnt as high quality as ILiac but still nice.

Awesome thats the best service there is,. I use it for all my sales. People always seem to be happy getting product in 2 days. I ship same day sometimes they get it next day. pretty awesome. Much better the UPS or FedEX ground and about same price.
