They were talking about that this morning. The tournament has seen a turnaround since coming to this course.

Also...it's sandwiched between 2 WGC events which helps bring more of an international presence.

The par 5 3rd hole is playing directly down wind today. Tiger had better make a birdie on that hole if he hopes to salvage the round. Yes, CHIII clearly is most improved so far this year. Glad to see his game back on form. Same with Jason Day.

Woods in rough on 3. Hit a bomb that rode the wind though the fairway. Not sure how far he has in to the hole. I'm guessing it's iron distance, but his angle is pretty bad.

DeLaet is definitely one of my picks for a breakout season. Caught him on TV a couple of times last year - really nice swing. Currently 14th on tour in driving distance and 11th in GIR. Needs to work on his putting and he can be a top-10 player.

Dufner seems a little off to me this year compared to his machine-like play of last year. His swing looks slightly faster, just rushed a tiny bit.

You know the PGA event has a strong field when you watch the Euro Tour coverage and don't recognize most of the names. The Honda has a great field this week and should be a heck of a tournament.

I used to be a member of a forum where Lee Westwood and Rory McIlroy were members. We once challenged Westwood to prove that it was really him, and he said that when he next won a title he would do a chicken dance for a second or two to celebrate. True enough, a couple of weeks later he won a ET event, and promptly performed it on the 18th green. It has long since closed down, but it was great to hear their thoughts on the game.
