Can they do this?

Well I am a BIG TM fan, and I would love the cast r7 TPs ( if I don't get the MBs), but they can't be bent enough for me. Does anybody know how upright they can be ordered? Thanks in advance.

Taylor will only bend 2* upright here in Canada and it probably is no different in the USA.

Most cast clubs can not be bent 4*.

Why don't you just call TM and ask them how far they can bend them?

I read today in the new Golf Digest that they can bend these clubs a maximum of 4 degrees flat/upright. Plus, I just got fitted last week at the MATT centre, and they said that they can bend them down 4 degrees flat for me. Just thought you'd like to know.

The R7 TP's can be bent 4 degrees in each direction.

Thanks Scott. Thats interesting. I didn't think they could do that but I guess with castings getting softer it makes them easier to bend. What did you think of the MATT centre?

Here is what I got for TMAG..

 

We can do 4 degrees upright/flat on all of our irons. We can also bend

irons 2 degrees strong/week. Please let us know if you have any further

Here's what I got from TM in regard to my rac OS2's:

 

"We do have the ability to adjust the rac OS2 irons and the wedges up to

4 degrees up or down for the lie and the 2 degrees for the loft. There

is not a charge to adjust the irons. Please bring it to any TaylorMade

Same as above, 4º lie and 2º loft.

I just received my R7 TPs this afternoon. Not only did they adjust my lies 2* flat, they also hard stepped my S300's without charge. I'm definately a happy camper.

Thanks for the info guys. I emailed them twice and never got one answer. And because I never got an answer I ordered different irons.

I thought the MATT Centre was amazing. Up here in Toronto, they've got 12 cameras I think all in this room, covering every angle. Taylor Made's fitting centre, in my opinion, is the best one I've ever seen (and I've been to almost all of them up here....Titleist, Ping, and now Taylor Made).
