Finally have a Video - Help with Driver

The other night I finally got a friend to come along with me to the range to help take some video. Below is a video of several swings with my driver, first in real time and then at 1/4 speed. Driver is set to 10.5*, Neutral face. Thoughts, comments and constructive criticism are all welcomed. Thanks in advanced.

 

 

I also took video of my 4 and 7 irons but I alone noticed several things I dont like (standing WAY to close to the ball for one) so I am going to address those first and then update with more video tomorrow or later this weekend.

 

EDIT - Quick note, I dont think the second real time and second slowmo are the same given the ball flight in each one.

 

Another edit - I should also note that the first two swings are the best of bunch; the rest of the swings are all slices and pulls

You've actually got a pretty solid start here. First thing to fix, I think your address position needs to be a little more 'athletic'. Bend at the knees a little more, and the waist a touch, and back up an inch or two from the ball. You should notice the angle between your arms and the club gets a little more closed.

Same thing with the irons, I would bet. Your backswing needs a bit of work but you recover remarkably well, so props for that. Start with your address position, then I would think the lower body rotation is going to be the next thing to tweak.

Yeah that was the first thing I noticed at as well... I am kind of just standing there. Thanks for the input

First thing I noticed is that your coming to much inside on the backswing.

"Shorten/Tighten" up backswing...

Feel "hands away from body" at the top...

Improve posture..

More knee flex.. And maybe just stand a shade farther away from it.

Def too crowded to the ball. I would also work on tempo, whatever feels smooth to you. And maybe finish on your front side.
