Largest, hottest, forgiving face driver you have used?

What is the largest face, hottest face, and most forgiving driver head you have seen that is legal?

 

There are so many choices where one of the three are optimized, curious which ones pop to the top quickly that try to hit all three. Not looking for low loft long drive heads. Not looking for a club head meant for shaping the ball rather than large, hot, and forgiving.

 

Also what is the static weight of the head?

The r1 and cleveland classic drivers have some of the largest and hottest faces out there. The rbz stage 2 is really disappointing and I actually had better numbers with the r1. Good luck!!

I tried the Cleveland classic a while ago. Tee it high and the deep face bombs long. Problem I had was my mishits weren't forgiving. It could have been shaft not sure thought it was the face because it seemed narrow but deep. Too bad can't get deep for big AoA and wide for forgiving MOI

The AMP CELL is autopilot with the right shaft. The watered down stock fuel is very loose.

I've hit the Cleveland Classic 290 several times and have always been impressed with the numbers its given me, same for the XL, but I've never bagged either.

For me its all about the G20

since u have the g20 have you tried the new g25? they say its large face higher launch and more forgiving. then again can say anything for marketing.

First thought was Cleveland Classic, then first thought after thinking about would have to go to the Covert Tour, thing just works wonders with my swing and the stock Kuro Coga (sp) dont have it with me, was sent to Nike cause the cavity badge split in half. I also dont want to leave out the 07 Burner, game changer for me several years ago...

I think it is hard to beat the RBZ Tour. It is relatively easy to hit, and has a really hot face as well.

Maybe if lofts and shafts are the same Titleist is shorter, but I went from an FT Tour to a 910 D2 and didn't lose any distance. Had to go lower loft and lower spinning shaft in the Titleist, but they came out the same distance wise.

I would agree with everything there except the Titleist comment. I recently switched from the R11S to the 913D2 and couldn't be happier. I do not think that the Titleist has as hot as a face as the TM did, but its is MUCH more forgiving on shots off the Toe and Heel. I think the shorter shaft makes it more forgiving also.

I think the Cobra Amp Cell is an extremely underestimated driver. It is extremely hot with a huge sweet spot. It was between that and the Titleist for me, I just didn't like that you can't get the Cobra in black, and I wasn't a fan of the stock shaft in the Cobra. The 913 has a ton of options.

The Nike Covert has a crazy hot face too, I just can't stand the sound. I like my driver to have a metallic sound to it, and the Nike has an almost wooden crack to it. If you like that sound than I would say the Nike is a good option for you.
