I think Steelcase makes office chairs with adjustable height. But, here we go again, bringing technology to the sport. Besides, the seat is oversized and the chair oftentimes has arms.

Backing up a few posts, I had the privilege of seeing Lewis Grizzard's stand up routine in person a couple of years before he passed away. It was a very enjoyable 90 minutes, in spite of the almost fractured rib from laughing so hard. I have read a few of his books, and enjoyed his syndicated column back in the day.

The rollers on the Hogan chair were probably attached with very weak screws.

No, the rollers were epoxied and pinned in Fort Worth, the way chairs were supposed to be made.

In a former life as an automobile salesman, (something everyone should do for at least 6 months), a group of us would go to "the hill" after work. "The Hill" was the parking lot of a convenience store at the top of a hill a couple of blocks from the dealership. The little store had draft to go, and there was a liquor store next door. We'd get draft or two or a half pint from the liquor store. We got off work around 9pm, and some of those sessions lasted until 1. Mojo was gained and lost on that hill in some of those bull sessions.
