Breaking Bad (potential spoilers)

How can it be over?! I just started watching a week and a half ago from the beginning to get caught up... What am I supposed to do with my life now? Best show ever!

Get the sweatshirt? Or the complete set with 50 hours of extras. maybe the DVD set with 50 hours of extras? I came late to the party but haven't seen better. The Wire (60 episodes over five seasons) might get you through withdrawal - definitely worth watching.

Really disappointed its gone. Great ending. Wish walt would have walked away.... but I knew they wouldn't let him live.

The scene with jesse driving away was great! Should have ended there in my opinion.

Just an absolutely fantastic show. Where do you go from here? I feel like anything else I've tried to watch over the last 6 months or so just pales in comparison to Breaking Bad.

It makes the walking dead look pathetic. The character development was astounding. What an ending, although I wanted to see him live.

Great ending! Finally a show that ends with no questions of what really happened.

It was great to see Walt's development over the course of the 5 seasons from being a normal moral guy to just a bad guy and then come full circle when he is dying from cancer (again) to realize how terrible he has been and how many lies he has told.

Finally admitting how much he truly enjoyed doing what he did and that it made him feel alive was the icing on the cake.

He finally admitted why he did it (just because he liked it and it made him feel alive) it was just perfect. You knew he had to die at the end of it, WW doesn't go to prison or die from his cancer, he ends up killing himself (more or less) and does so in such a badass way and pretty much apologizes to Jesse.

As for the disappointment that was Dexter, I'm assuming they have to bring it back for a mini-series or a half season in a couple of years and he ends up in Argentina with Hanna and Harrison, that OR they show him transforming into Wolverine and killing people with bone claws.

Dexter should have ended after the Trinity Killer season. I feel fortunate to not have renewed my Showtime subscription after that point.

For those looking for shows to watch, I highly recommend BBC's Sherlock.

But what about my man Huell??!??!? I felt so bad for him. He thought Saul sold him out and Walter was tracking his every move. Thought a funny last scene would have been him creeping back out into the world--scared as could be!

Completely agree. Watched it from the beginning (08??) and was really taken in by the transformation of both Walt and Jesse. I look back and think that it was almost comedic the way they went about cooking, then, of course, to the empire Walt was trying to build.

Great, great show. Too bad it had to end so (relatively) soon...

The scene with Skinny Pete and Badger was just awesome. That is not at all who I expected to be under those ski masks. Total genius on the part of Vince Giligan.

im glad jesse killed todd he deserved to die like that i thought the background music when walter died made the scene and the fake snipers that was a good scene. I think walter jrs part gave the series a dramatic effect and it made the show more than just about money it made it have more than one theme too bad they couldnt be friends but i bet he would enjot those millions or dollars

I did like they brought those two back, you almost totally forgot how much of a part they played in the first season or two then to be almost totally forgotten.

And I do agree, I was totally happy to see Todd get what he deserved. What did Jesse call him a dead-eyed, soulless, ginger?

SAME ... I am on season 2 episode 3 now and going crazy ...They just killed Tuco in the desert and are way screwed now.

My buddy told me about it a couple years back and I never bothered. Last week I had 4 people tell me I need to watch it, so I finally did and wow, this show is way good. I need to get some time off and have a marathon.

i'm not much of a tv series person, but what a extraordinary show! caught up on netflix and watched every one of the final 8 this past season...breaking bad had genius writing, but what really made the show was the actors/actresses. it's extremely rare to get this many good actors together for one show...breaking bad will be missed

Probably the best story telling on TV. Really good characters and some cleaver writing. Just when you wondered how Walt would get out of this one they came up with a near brilliant solution e.g. the "confession video" and many others.

The phone call to Skyler after the whole scene with Skyler, the knife and Walt Jr. was, IMO, one of the finest moments in television history. That phone call was just brilliant. That entire scene was perfection.

i remember watching that episode with my friend and he was all upset..."man walt's a dick!" and i just laughed...took him awhile to realize that phone call was all a ploy to help skyler out from the cops.

I also loved the scene with Walt and Hank in the garage after Walt asks about the GPS tracker. When Hank closed the garage door, my heart rate was jackeddd.

if you do make sure you have nothing to do for like 5 days straight...the show is nothing but suspense and endless cliffhangers. i couldn't imagine watching breaking bad from the first season in 2008, it must have been torture waiting every year for the show to start.
