bending ping i3i irons

i found a set but they are orange dot. i play green or white. how much can these be safely bent?

I have had I3 blades bent about 2 degrees, but my club fitter told me they were tough to bend even for Pings. I don't know if Ping will still bend them or not but if you want to go 3 degrees or more you may want to check with Ping.

From Orange to White is a 7*. I'd send them in, even though I have my own bending equipment.

looks like i will pass on the isi orange code irons. cant be bent from orange to green safely

Through a ping dealer, they an be sent to ping and done properly and achieve whatever you need.

I would risk anyone but Ping bending lies. I've seen clubmakers try, and a month down the road the owners set is all over the map. The ping metal doesn't stay bent unless done with Ping's in house tech for lies.

Fwiw it's about $20 and a 2 week wait. Worth it to get it done right.

The only ones they can't service are BeCu

local golfsmith refused to bend i3+ irons

really just wanted loft/lie checked and returned to original green
(previous owner must have bent to black))

told me to send direct to ping myself

wish I checked here first - would have saved me a couple of days
