Without recommending specific mobility exercises or a routine. Where we can gain and maintain the most from mobility is build strength, stability and control of whatever range of motion you are trying to gain. I did a lot of static stretching and it serves its purpose, but most of the gained in “ mobility” related to it were temporary. It wasn’t till I started to build strength and control through that extended range of motion did I see more permanent gains

I understand your post and there is some validity to all of that when discussing opinions (subjective beliefs). I think where the bickering comes into play is when people present opinions that conflict or oppose validated facts. it’s instruction forum and it loses its value if people represent opinions as facts that conflict with what we know to be true.

Does the mg series have a grind equivalent to the Vokey m grind?

You’re conflating what the slicers are doing with shoulders (right shoulder in particular) and their swing path.

I get what you’re saying. For me that feel would lead to me flipping the club head and likely burying it behind the ball. i think of it more of the opposite, almost pulling up on the shaft as i rotate and extend my lead side. Not exactly it, but closer to that

We are taking about swing path. If you slice, your path is likely to the left. The exception is neutral with an open face and it would be a push fade. this isn’t up for debate…..it’s been measured

I hit the t150 bent two degrees weak. It flew about 5 yards more but peaked out in height 10-15 feet higher which I didn’t need. My opinion is the t150 isn’t any more forgiving than the t100. It’s for the player that wants a little more height and distance. It could also benefit a lower launch, high spin and speed guy that needs more height and a little less spin than they get from the t100, but that would be a unique circumstances

Yeah. In all of these examples the “member” needs to go talk to the “membership” committee/board or whatever they called. most of those would hear out the angry member and gladly cancelled their member ship for them. They wouldn’t want that attitude floating around the course….

You could move the cg higher in the 3dp tour with a more traditional loft (33 degree 7 iron) and achieve something that is just consistent and stable across the face, that produces less total ballspeed and more spin. Possibly thicken the face to reduce the ballspeed as well if needed. It’s just not going to fly as far (which some players don’t want or need)
