The greatest thing in all this is I honestly don’t care what happens. I have my perfect Df3, not going anywhere, made over 100 feet of putts today including a 60 footer, 35, couple of 15s. They can be made in china for 3 cents for all I care. Carry on.

The big shift has been a progressive set. The older designs saw bladelength the same from 4 iron to PW. So either the long irons looked tiny or the short irons looked big. Modern designs see larger long irons and progressively get smaller as you go into short irons. Functionally it makes total sense.

Cant you just adjust the bag gapping accordingly though? Or maybe even better question, down to what iron are you comfortable gaming just a no frills Cb?

Just curious why you dont like a 243? This has to be satire…

Very nice. Ive stripped chrome off mine, now to decide to rechrome or go raw.

Agree the copper really doesnt provide anything tangible. IMO the biggest shift from the old to new was the HD. That made them feel a little more dense.

It amazes me at how people dont understand handicaps.

We might actually see a flip here, LAB fanboys ditching the brand and haters joining up… lol

The newer mbs and cbs are not harder to hit or less forgiving than the older ones.

Dannnnng, haters full force lol….. I have admittedly watched his content in the past mainly because i like just like learning different approaches to instruction and the golf swing. That said, I watched the video before I saw this thread and I admit l, I was a little turned off by the product pushing. But hey gotta pay bills right…?

These are so good. I have some mp32s, and took the 8 iron and compared it to the 925f 9 iron (which is about same loft), and Ill be darned if they arent very close. Something of that is MP32s short irons are on the bigger side for a blade, but Im still taking back how much help the 925f gives while looking dang good for a good player, especially the black.

Saw somewhere else… that this is buyer: https://www.lcatterton.com/

Well that would certainly further solidify srixon/LAB as forum favorites!

Tips for maintaining posture and not dipping head in downswing
Red4282 replied to TobesSC's topic in Instruction & Academy
Agree with Monte, head is not a problem, its actually a good thing, or can potentially be a great thing. I also see more a problem in how the lower body and hips are working. Id feel that jumping or pushback sensation with lead leg to help clear the left hip better -
Oh Wie and Annika beat some guys once… thats it, just combine both tours and call it a day.
-
IMO, you cant go wrong. I own the 925F black, and love them, but the Srixons are great too.

I think I may have a problem. Bought some mp32s on a whim just for nostalgia sake, not really intending to game but rather restore and build. Now Im itching to explore other classics…. Oh boy.

To my novice eye the trail hip coming forward in the down swing is taking the space away from your arms causing you to come more across the ball. Try the squat and lowering arms feel, should help you shallow things out a bit

Yes, i did buy a new grip, although its possible (but a pain), to save existing grip

Believed or not Im more on Maltbys ratings side than not-meaning I do think MOI in irons is generally overrated or over emphasized. One factor that does need to be accounted for is new face tech that acts as moi on mishits, and thats where something like askgolfnuts heatmaps come in. But if you are just looking at MPF, @ThinkingPlus nailed it. If you know what your tendencies are, especially with strike, data like Vcog, and Cdim are very useful.
